EOM starts early this month ...

Heard from one of my favorite SS this afternoon that EOM is starting early this month.

Everyone get ready. Take your vitamins, get your much needed rest, check all supplies (paper, toner, etc), get clothes from cleaners/do laundry.

And, let's pray this lasts for us all ... Smile

Re: Seems the rush is starting now rather than later ...

I have had a lot of calls for the beginning of the month too! Problem is most of them are from Nations direct and they only pay 60.00 for edocs!!!! I tell them my fee & of course they say they will get back to me. On occassion they actually do call back accepting my fees. I know I should be used to is now but I still CANNOT believe all these notaries are doing refinances for 60.00 edocs!!!! OMG...but for these notaries I would be doing quite well right now...oh well, I will continue to stick to my guns no matter what!!! However, it makes me ill when I get so many calls from them, see how busy they are and realize so many notaries are willing to work for peanuts!!!... sorry...it's just so very discouraging...

:/

Nation's Direct isn't a pleasant agency and they underpay their agency. Their money goes to management to hold our hands and micromanage. I didn't like them and won't work for them.

Re: Great Month!

That is pretty much the exact same figures for me in terms of accepted and turned down! Not bad for a first week of the month.

In the past the day before Thanksgiving was one of the best days of the year for me. I just jumped back into the game again and I am surprised that I have a few closings already.

EOM starts early this month.

Same here in CO not complaining one little bit Smile It's just a little strange it's starting so early. Would be a wonderful thing if it just keeps going until the EOM, month after month after month. I can dream can't I Smile

Everyone have a great evening !

Re: I will co-sign that! The past 4 days

I have done as many this week as I did in 2 1/2 weeks last month and I have some for Fri., Sat. and Mon.

I've been the busiest the first 2 weeks of the month for the last several months. If it holds to past experience, Nov. & Dec. have been heavy about the middle of the month. I've done plenty of signings on Black Friday, Christmas Eve, day after Christmas, etc. This business seems to get in a frenzy when it comes to holidays.
