E Notarizations

I'm interested in being able to offer my services for e-notarizations.
Does anyone have experience with that and know the equipment or software to use or somewhere I can learn more about it?
I know in VA, I have to apply separately to become registered/commissioned to do so.

As in obtaining your regular commission

does your state offer guidance regarding the equipment necessary when you obtain your e-notary certification? That might be a good starting point.
