E & O - Wowsa!

Just kind of checking out the local competition and was looking over another registry site...there's a notary listed for my area that states that he carries $1,000,000 ( plus 6 zeros!) E & O insurance....hmm..... Betcha that set him back a pretty penny (wink!)

I have E&O insurance that covers "Notary Public Activities" up to the liability limits of 1 million. I also carry NP specific E&O with quite a bit less coverage. The former is more broad base in coverage than the NP specific. It's only $600/year.

I do, I don't dislike them - however

I won't do them directly. I have my doubts the E&O coverage on either policy will cover their "pickiness"
