FYI>>>Weird email today** Warn**
I receive this email today: “What identification do you need in Florida to notarize a Disclaimer document for a Will that is prepared by an Attorney in the State of Virginia, and must be signed by a resident of Florida? Thank you. Waldemar Russell Weichbrodt, Executor "
I did not respond since the main email seemed odd so I checked the email address, it does not exist. Just wanted to send everyone an FYI…I am very wary of unknown e-mail address, and I do not know this person.

Looking at the question very simply,
he is asking what identification is needed in Florida to notarize [...omitting the rest because the type of document makes no difference...].
I would have responded with a list of the types of identification may be used. (F.S. 117.05(5)(b)2.)
I have found that sometimes you have a gut feeling that is false. I have almost turned away very good paying jobs because I felt funny about the initial e-mail. Some people just have a strange way of writing e-mails.

I am curious, how do you check if an email address is false? I am under the impression, the only way to verify that is to send an email to it, and see what happens.

There are many address verification websites, such as http://verify-email.org/ where you enter the email address and the 'software' will query the servers to determine if the email address is valid.
