Getting my feet wet again.
I joined the corparate world almost 2 years ago seeing things slowing down with refi's. Well now my company just downsized me due to lack of work. Made a couple of calls to old clients and 4 scheduled for this week. Hate to say had to take a cut in rate compared to a couple of years ago.
Need to hustle and get back the business I gave away 2 yrs ago.

Welcome back. In today's world you have to roll with the punches. This biz is good right now with interest rates so low. I'm sure you'll get a lot of your old clients back when they know you are back in the biz. Good luck!

Welcome back! I'm surprised you had to take a fee cut. Things are busier than ever for me and I'm getting my fee. Of course I still get lowball calls, but I have plenty of good paying clients to fill my schedule. Good luck!

Thanks, Ashley turned 3 last month seems like yesterday I had posted she was born. Figure if they offer a fair fee and it's close to home I'll jump on it. But no way will I even consider 40-60 range..lol
I'm glad some of you are busy, I had a closing Monday and the people put down 85% of the cost of the home and they almost did not get the loan because they were late on 2 payments 2 years ago.
Rates are low and should get lower by next month with the feds actions. Just need home values in my area to go up.

3 years old? OMG!
I can't believe it's been that long, seems like yesterday! You just seem to keep one foot in the corporate world and one foot here ~ wink wink! The bright side is you won't have to gather up nearly as much stuff for the "baby" now that you did when she was tiny when you were making those mad dashes off to the signing. GL Mike, really happy to see you back and contributing again!
