Has anyone heard of Commonwealth Signature Closers out of

Williamsburg, VA. They sent me an email to do a signig in my area and to email them my cell number and fee for over night. I have never gotten an email confirmation is always over the phone. They don't even have a phone number on their email.

I've worked with Kristan many times & never had a problem.

She's a notary, also acts as an ss, & is in school full-time.

Thanks for letting me know. I sent them my fee, and they quickly responded that the borrower had cancelled the loan. Sure!
