ISGN- Formerly FISERV

Did ya all know the Minnesota office shut down moved scheduling to Melbourne Fla? And ISGN is a India based/owned Company? Well it is, I found out about Minnesota closing down yesterday. They said they didn't see it coming. How sad just before the holidays!!

Richmond Title is also part of ISGN.

According to corporation records filed with the FL Secretary of State, ISGN changed their name from FISERV on 6/13/2010. (Incorporated in Delaware) The corporate headquarters is listed as Rocky Hill, CT.

The full corporate name is ISGN Fulfillment Agency, LLC. Formerly, FISERV Fulfillment Agency, LLC.

Paw that just says it's a corporation registered in the US. An employee told me a company from India owns ISGN.

I agree that the records do not say who the "parent company" or "owner" is. However, each name change includes a letter from the Delaware SOS stating that the company was duly formed as an LLC in the State of Delaware.

From the ISGN Corporate PR office, the following is provided:

"ISGN is backed by strong investors including the K.K. Birla Group, one of India’s leading conglomerates, and venture capital firms New Enterprise Associates (NEA) and NEA-IndoUS (NEA-IUV). For more information, visit www.isgn.com."

So, I'm thinking that the employee who told you ISGN is owned by an India company, may have misunderstood. ISGN's investors are from India, but the company is a US company.
