Inspections-Blaine Conti
If I jumped the gun on this I will let you know. I got a call to do an inspection. The woman said she has good luck using notaries ( I am listed on 3 sites and did not ask her which one she found me on). I did do a search here and found nothing. Things are not looking good. I sent her everything by email (pictures and checklist) and she never replied when I asked if everything was received. I also asked whenI would be paid and these requests were ignored. At least now if someone does a search on Blaine Conti- this will come up. If I get paid and everything is cool- I will let you all know. She did promise to pay more than what I read the normal inspection fee is- maybe that should have been my first red flag!
