Are you talking about the kind of CC& R's , that are usually 10 or less pages typically attached to many, many, neighborhoods? Or the type that cover condos and PUD's? They should never except you to print those CC&R's. The buyers should have had them long before they got to the signing table. And the seller pays for them(costing around $200+-) to be provided to the buyer during escrow for review and approval, not at the closing table. They are many hundreds of pages. Rules, Regulations, by-laws, budgets, etc...
