LSI

Is anyone else experiencing some strange stuff with LSI lately? Such as: Docs never arrive (HUD approval never received from lender), late docs, borrowers not expecting loan terms, resign is scheduled by lender without borrowers being ready to sign... Those are just a few that happened this week. None of those are LSI's fault (lender's fault) but their deals are usually solid and docs are usually received early or at least in plenty of time for closing. One reason I accept a slightly lower fee with them is because I don't have to deal with all that BS. If this keeps up, I may have to rethink that.

The problem isn't with LSI but whomever the lender is. LSI is a really good agency and they can only do so much when their clients get docs late and erroneously to them. I've only had one late doc thus far.

Yup - I did say in my post that they were lender issues and not LSI's fault. I agree, LSI is a good agency to work with. I've just had a few quirky appointments with them lately. Glad that does not seem to be the case for others.
