NOTARY BIZ NOT PAYING

I did a signing for them in August and no pay. I called in September and Andy said the check was being mailed - didn't get one. Called again in October and left many messages on every extension I could get through to. Called again (November) & can't even leave messages - the boxes are all full. I've called Andy's number and the "business number" that's on the recording and can't get through to anyone.

Does anyone know if they are even still in business????

As of Sept. 28th they were still in business. I sued them in small claims court but they settled with me, plus cost for filing the court action, and haven't heard from them since.

i did one in March that still remains unpaid. Owner said he was financing his house to pay what was owed. I don't know if he was denied the loan.

Owed over $1000 they settled at 60%. I did work for them for several years and was willing to work with them. Haven't heard from them for a couple of months.

Check Signing Central and do a search here on companies!

There is info all over the place about this company. This shouldn't be a surprise to anyone, sadly. Ideally, it's a good idea to check before accepting an assignment from a new company, if you can, but certainly before you accept a second one.
