NREIS or LendVend?

I recently got a call from a company called LendVend. The confirmation looked very familiar so I did some digging and found NREIS at the same address different phone number. I had the same Vendor number. So I called and was told the LendVend was a sister company. I was concerned since I have completed signings out there. They are not late with my compensation I just want to be informed. Anyone had experience with this company?

Last time I did a signing for LenderVend (in October) they paid in 15 days; they're 'sister' company NREIS took 77 days, for a signing in Sept. They may be related but they have very different strategy's for paying they're notaries.

gave NREIS a try not long ago...just to see what would happen...given all their

previous payment troubles.

They met my fee

only one signing mind you..even though I used to do a lot for them

paid at 60 days with no badgering

will take them (one again) only on a fill-in basis and only local.

60 days is way too long if a company expects any substantial repeat business.

They've got a lot more work to do on payment timeliness before they're credible in my book.

LenderVend owes me for a 04/12/10 Closing!!!!

I have faxed them an invoice 7 times and have spoken to David Jason at (800) 753-3339 EXT 3552. David told me they'd get it paid but no dice. Just faxed them again on 11/10/10. I could only WISH I would have gotten paid in 2 weeks or a month. 7 months for me and still no pay. I'm going to go fax the bastages again right now. I'm faxing my invoice with all the confirmation pages from the previous faxes, as I do each time. Fax gets longer each time. I may print out the whole loan packet and fax the whole thing to them every day until I get some action.
