Their seems to be 2 groups using the NREIS name. One pays in 2 weeks, the other in 2-3 months.
Funny you would post this today. I just received payment for 2 deals 70-72 days old. If it is a REO deal you are going to be paid quicker.

Re: NREIS not paying on time with me 60 days..

I received a check today for a Sept 15 signing. The check was dated for Sept 29th. I have not worked for them since.

Re: NREIS not paying on time with me 60 days..

After a long dry spell from doing NREIS signings (at least 6 mo)...I agreed to take just

one to see how things were.

Turns out things were not good..60 days to get paid is way too long.

NREIS flunked the test.

I won't take any more until I see that their payment time is where it should be instead

of 7 feet under water like it is now.

I just got paid for closings that I performed in October and November after numerous requests. I sent an e-mail to Linda Wells at [e-mail address] who helped to iniquire to Accounting Dept. and that seemed to help out. I am still waiting on a modification closing where the borrower refused to sign and I was supposed to get paid $25 for. I re-sent a request again to Linda. Let see what happens.
