Need Help Fast!

I downloaded a 1 page doc from a TC. Turns out it has a small ad in the upper LH corner for a product called PDF complete. Anybody have a quick fix so I don't have to recreate the doc?

make a"xerox" of the doc.

Problem is that the ad cuts off half the title.

or tape a piece of paper over the ad and copy it. Bob's way is good too. Either one should work.
