New Millennium Title Group

Does anyone know anything New Millennium Title Group? I don't have any reason to suspect anything wrong with them, I just wanted to know something about them before I sent them my SSN#.

Don't send them your SSN

Take 5 minutes on IRS.gov and get an ID number to use with your business.

And which New Millenium is this - there are, I think, 3 different offices that have been talked about - but search here (orange button) - much discussion and good info.

Don't send them your SSN....agreed

Get your LLC, or whatever kind of company you want set up and use your EIN, Tax ID number. Much safer, for everyone involved

You don't need an LLC to get an EIN, but it may be good idea n/m

You might want to be aware that they're paying lower fees & requiring faxbacks.
Otherwise, the company is solid. You will be asked to send a W-9 to most companies you work with. I agree that getting a EIN is a good idea.
