No docs/erroneous docs

So, here I was so happy yesterday when I accepted 2 signings from LSI for today -- 1 for 2 pm and the other for 9:30 pm.

The 9:30 pm borrowers called this morning to let me know loan amount on docs was wrong and package is going back to underwriting for re-draw. Don't know when they'll be ready.

The 2 pm signing was just postponed at 1:00 pm (yes, an hour before) as docs are not yet ready. Just talked to borrower and she'll be available whenever today. Suggested to her that she contact her LO, who may be able to prod things along.

Geez!!! Guess it's too much to ask for things to run smoothly .....

Lately, my LSI's have been fraught with problems. Late docs, no HUD approval received, terms not what borrowers were expecting, docs that never come, etc. It's always a lender issue but this never used to happen with LSI deals...

I've never had these problems with LSI.

Well, guess I'll just proceed to my 4:30 (non-LSI) when it's time and not worry about it.

Presently, can't even get 'em on the phone or via email for status update.

My 8:30 pm re-draw from last Fri (8:30pm) are the same as last week's. Borrower is %@*& ing #@$$ OFF
and said don't bother to come out. I informed SS 1 1/2 HOURS AGO with my customary "PLS advice? NOTHING yet!

Yes I did and I got it too. Today I had nothing but this one and it looks like it's down the drain. Oh well. I did complete a picture. LOL

I have had only good things to say about LSI in the past but I have had a run of the same as you all have. One is cancelled because no docs or docs are late or redraws. Wonder what is going on with them?

Borrowers do vent at us

We are for the most part the only human face they see so we often get the brunt of their unhappiness. Goes with the territory. I just tell them I'm sorry they have had such a hard time, lets see if we can make this last step easy for you.
