No last day of the month deals, has this changed in the last year or so? I would always have a couple companies call (based on lock in expiring or people in a rush)

It happened for me yesterday...

very busy yesterday but nothing for today, except one, and it just canceled.

I did have a couple of private jobs today which ended up earning the equivalent of what the lowballers pay for an entire loan signing.

So far we have 5 booked thru Wed. Compared to Oct & Nov. it's a little slower but not complaining. Hope everyone is busy.

It's been my experience that holidays tend to influence the volume and timing of workflow. My guess is that lots of packages that normally might have come at the very end got pushed forward, accounting for the earlier-than-usual rush the week before Thanksgiving. Add to that the slow-down in processing and origination of new loans the holidays create - both by borrowers and lender/closing staff - and you have a change in the usual flow, if there is such a thing.

I'm very curious to see how work volume goes over the next several months with the holidays and increasing interest rates coming together. Should be interesting...

I agree with Janet. I got slammed last week (well, as slammed as we ever get here), but had nothing yesterday or today. Have one scheduled for tomorrow, and turned two down for tomorrow night because of conflicts with a regular Wednesday night gathering.

Business picked up a huge amount last month. I'm hoping that is going to continue.

Quiet EOM for me..I have 5 for tomorrow..of course we have our first winter stor coming in tonight and tomorrow..But all of these are within 15 miles from me. I have one scheduled for Thrusday so far!
