Overdue Payments
Dear Signing Services,
We are the notaries trying to make a living also. We accept your assignments, stress while waiting on docs that come so many times so close to the appointments that have been made by someone else. We go to the signings and represent your company and the lender very professionally. Return the docs error free so the loan can fund as scheduled. Which it does. Then we have to wait 30 days or longer for payment. How do you expect us to meet our obligations or do you even care ? Just some food for thought.
