Problem with Adobe X. Help!
I upgraded to the new adobe X, and now when I print packages, the legal size will not print the entire page. About a third of the bottom is blank. It appears to be a random problem. Any suggestions? Is it possible to un-install and go back to the previous version. I have tried on 2 printers and it the same problem on both.

Try restore on your computer and go back to the day before you upgraded.

Thanks Carlos! I didn't even think about that. I just uninstalled X and reinstalled 9.4 and works fine now. I e-mailed Adobe about the problem. Will see if they respond. Thanks for your help.

I'm using Adobe Reader X and have no problems with printing on legal. (I'm using an HP 1300 with letter [tray 1] and legal [tray 2].) Picks correct size and prints without any problem.
Check to make sure you have "Choose paper source by PDF page size" checked and 'paper handling' set to "Shrink to Printable Area".

Thanks PAW. I have the HP 1320 and the P2015dn and have the settings set as you suggest with no difference. I saw where another notary had the same problem. seems to be intermittent. I will stay with 9.4 and hopefully adobe will come up with a solution. If not I am happy with the current version. Thanks!

Yes...I had the same problem after updating to Adobe Reader X (10)! If I printed the package as a whole all legal sized docs were cut off at the bottom third. I really first noticed this on the HUD, as line 303 was missing!! If I printed the HUDs seperately, they printed whole legal sized fine. This problem was true with both my 2 printers. I didn't have time to review a last minute closing the day I noticed, (other than the obvious HUD cutoff), so when I presented the TIL to the borrower, I noticed there was no signature line, since that is at the bottom...which was cutoff off! I had them sign and date the bottom anyway. It took me OVER 3 HOURS later to "revert" back to Adobe 9.4, which DOES NOT have this problem! Hard to believe Adobe would release this version X (10) WITHOUT thoroughly testing the legal sized paper printing capabilties!!! Beware of updating this version of ADOBE!!!
