RE: Signing Pro Document Signing Service
11.28.10: Outstanding fee since April, 2010: Promises - Promises - Promises..... They made the error of sending 2 different notaries out to the same assignment. 1st Notary was unable to make the appointment. 2nd notary was reassigned - me. Arrived on time for appointment, printed docs etc....writing up I.D. and addressed possible problem with coordinator. Coordinator was check on the problem. While writing up I.D. 1st notary shows up LATE for appt. Signing Pro Document Signing Service cannot make a decision to dismiss 1st notary and still had not addressed AKA issue. Signers were already bothered because of the AKA issue and would not sign. SPDSS unable to make decision, I left appointment and apologized to signers for confusion on behalf of the scheduling dept. Called SPDSS and advised them I expected full payment. Was advised I would get full payment. However, they refuse to acknowledge errr and pay me they only promise to investigate - investigate - investigate. Still No Payment.

Is this Reeves-Hary?
If so...check SC and please link this post....and good luck if it is - they've not gotten real good press lately.
NOTE: No personal experience here - just what I've read here and elsewhere.

Re: Is this Reeves-Hary?
If it is Reeves-Hary, this is an example of the reason I do not accept work from them. Over a 3 yr period (with very few jobs accepted from them) mistakes on their part caused issues in nearly 100% of the signings I did for Reeves-Hary. Of course, they blamed me for them even when I had emails proving the mistakes were on their end. Very unprofessional group.

Re: Is this Reeves-Hary?
Didn't you know when there is a dispute between signing service and signing agent the signing agent is always presumed to be at fault. Another indication that SS are not needed to complete a deal.

I have one outstanding from Aug 2010. I have received the same email as the other Notary. I think they lost a major contract with Rels/Wells Fargo. They were always a great company to work for in the past. Always took about 2 month to pay, but never had any previous problems with them until now. They obviously are in trouble. Very sad.

Yes Signing Pro has closed it's door, but the Owner Shirlene Reeves is still out there with your money. She owns 2 Vacation Rentals on Maui. Just go to www.VacationInWailea.com and there will always be a phone number to call her as well as addresses for her. Check her out on FaceBook and also LinkedIn.
