Refinancing
We have decided to refinance we have a rate locked in lower than 4%..The LO told me that the bank uses LSI for their closings...I work with LSI..Do you think they will call me?? lol

Not hardly, but I believe you can pick the notary you want (assuming they do this anyway). I've gotten a lot of repeat business from Bs that I notarized for in the past because they asked for me on the next loan.

I did a refi a couple of years ago and NREIS was the Title company and they actual call me for the job LOL ..... They found another Notary

That's great, Claudine. I saw a rate of 3.5 last week on a 15 year (through Lending Tree). You can, of course, request a notary. I'm sure you know the good. bad & ugly in your area. LOL

Of course I am kidding about closing my own. I know Ohio is lax but doesnt allow us to notarize our own documents. As far as the other notaries well I know which ones I don't want..
