Rubber Stamps for Venue in Florida

Does anyone use a rubber stamp to put in the state and county for Florida closings? Is this legal? I'm doing 4 - 5 closings a day and this would save some time.

Nah...doesn't take that long anyway

IMO by the time you get your stamp going you could be done

4-5 a day huh? Nice work!!

There's nothing in the statutes stating that the venue can't be typed or stamped. Only that is required to be there. So, imp,na,o (in my professional, non-attorney, opinion), stamping is okay.

Thanks for the help on this gang! Just to clarify, I've been really busy the past couple of weeks. September and October were great months. August was moderate, June and July not so much. Again, thanks for the info!
