Signing Company Run-around
Why is it that these signing companies give us signing agents the "run-around" when we ask if payment for our services has been mailed? That really upsets me...just tell me the truth that you didn't mail the payment out yet!!! We as signing agents do our part in getting our job done -- NOW ALL YOU SIGNING COMPANIES DO YOUR JOB!!! That is all we ask of you......

Obliviously you have been dealing with the WRONG people. If you take assignments from deadbeats EXPECT a deadbeat response. If you deal with honest professional companies it’s not an issue. Read and learn. Deadbeat companies do do their job...that is to cheat NSA's. You should do your job, and a big part of that is learning from whom to take assignments. JMO

One star & two star rated companies have those ratings for a reason.....and it certainly isn't because they honor their contracts.
Don't be upset that a one/two star company behaves like a one/two star company. Only be upset that you choose to take a signing from a one/two star company and didn't listen to the writing on the wall.

Re: Agree with Les CO
I'm a newbie, but I only take orders from three star and above. And I watch the three stars closely for payment. Not to worry about the four and five stars. They are great. I keep a print out of NotRot signing central on my kitchen counter. When I get a signing call I pretend I'm looking at my schedule and check my signing central list. If they are one/two stars I decline and tell them why. If I'm on the road I accept the job and check them out when I get home. One/Two star I call them back and decline and tell them why. For you PayPal users for advance payment it doesn't work. PayPal will always side with the payer complaint and reverse the payment. I don't do business with PayPal after $300 of pre-payments were reversed by one/two star companies. Bottom line is put the one/two star businesses out of business by refusing their assignments. JMHO

Jim that's the first I've heard about companies reversing
PayPal advanced payment. Thanks for posting that. I've chosen not to do business with the no-no companies even if they offer advanced payment through PayPal or Instapay.
