does anyone know what happened to Signing Pro? Did they go out of business? Am I the only one they owe money to?

Yes they did . Do a search as this was discussed in early October.

No, they owe me a signing fee from early August, 2010. The first I knew of it was when I tried to follow up by calling them and their phones had been disconnected. So they were still in business in August but now now.

meant to say they are evidently not in business now. If anyone finds out that they declared bancrupcy I would like to know 'cause I will notify the bancruptcy lawyer that I am a claimant. You might want to pursue that also.

This person seems to close one SS and then open another. We, as notaries, can't let this person keep getting away with this. It is a crime against us.

If anyone has any better suggestion or action that we can pursue, please let us know.

I am really angry that this person preys on us!

you have some wrong info. This was a good company but lost a big contract. The owners are trying to work things out. might be some slow payments but I am guessing you will be paid. It's not there MO to stiff people.

"I ended up calling RELS and they sd to contact Diana Coiver at 877-716-5222 but the # was disconnected. They gave me her e-mail as [e-mail address]. She did confirm they are going out of business. She advised me to try to resolve it with them first. "

Awesome. Thanks for the advice. I will try this and let you all know if this is resolved with this company or not.

I e-mailed her and never got a response. I then spoke to someone at Rels (Becky, maybe ... can't remeber) and she sent her an e-mail and cc'd me regarding payment and still got no response. I've e-mailed Rels again regarding this matter but no luck.
