I just started working with them over the last few weeks so I don't know how quickly they pay. But they pay a fair fee, the packages I've had so far have been reasonable, docs have come well in advance, they don't babysit at all, and they're all very nice. What I appreciate the most is that they seem to be serious about getting the best closers. They didn't just ask me my fee, Scott and I chatted for a while about my background and experience, and about how I handled closings. I respect the heck out of that.
