Speedy Title & Closing Services Suspected of Bad Notary Site

Just a note if anyone is listed on the Bad Notary site who has a common experience with Frank Armari, President of Speedy Closing & Title Services, it is most likely him involved in the site. My experience has been that he is a revengeful man who takes out his problem of non-payment and late payment on notaries.

Two months ago I did one job for him. It was strange so I looked him up here and saw his history of complaints that was staggering. The second assignment I had already accepted prior to seeing the complaints. I decided to cancel it and let him know why. He sent me a message that he would also remove me from his other 6 agencies databases. He was in complete denial he had any problems paying notaries.

People should check out the complaints against this company, because they continue month after month unabated. He occasionally gets some sucker to post something positive on him in this forum
I found his threat really telling and he was in complete and total denial he has any problems paying notaries he wrote the following:

Message:

What day was the closing that we owe for? No problem, we will remove you. Been in business for 10yrs. The site is not telling you the whole truth. You are currently working for 6 other companies we own, I will remove you from the there database as well. Tk you

Frank J. Amari
President
Speedy Closing & Title Services

This kind of unprofessional vindictive behavior reflects in such a "bad notary site" being put up. The fact I'm up there indicates to me Mr. Armari is involved. He is a very vengeful mean spirited person as indicated by all the notary complaints such as "crook" "rude".

Any notary who has done business with Mr. Amari at Speedy Title & Closing Services, if you are on that list, please report it here. Thank you.

So go ahead Mr. Armani, sue me. You don't have a case because of your poor payment history. People can express "opinions" based on your pattern of rude crooked behavior with them that it is most likely you involved in the Bad Notary site.

Hope you have proof of this...this whole post sounds

highly speculative and full of conjecture to me....."The fact I'm up there indicates to me Mr. Armari is involved."

I don't understand this statement - you're not on the list...I don't see how a bad experience with a company would lead you to the conclusion that they formed a website because of you..

Still having coffee so maybe missing something, but jeez...

Re: He can sue me, bring it on!

Somebody wrote me that I'm on listed on the other web site. Anyway, this guy is documented as vindictive with the email he sent me and with the nature of complaints against him. Type in "Speedy Closing" in Google and see for yourself what's posted outside this site. He refuses to acknowledge he has a problem and lies and it makes perfect sense he's involved.

This is a lesson in making sure to check this site for bad agencies because the affects can be disastrous. Criminals who don't pay notaries and enjoy tormenting and abusing them get off on the power trip. They have mental issues. Their illness will carry them into new realms of evil such as setting up web sites, etc.

I'm not afraid of lawsuits at all. I never let a legal threat like that prevent me from exposing criminals.

Re: He can sue me, bring it on!

Someone wrote and told you that you are on the list and you don't check it out, HUH? Sounds like a lot of speculation on your part, which can get you into a lot of trouble. I've found that it's best to post only on what you actually know for a fact when ripping into a person or company.

Re: He can sue me, bring it on!

I don't think it's a matter of being afraid of lawsuits as much as a matter of who needs the problem. Whether or not you are right or wrong there is a cost to you and sometimes it is cheaper to lose a case than to win it.
Whether or not the site is owned or started by Frank Amari is irrelevent in my opinion. If perhaps you have proof that this is the case, then you are on solid ground in persuing whatevere you want to do. If not, I would exercise a lot of caution in what you say or write on any site.
Personally I have done some work for Speedy Closing and, while not paid on time, I was paid which is more to say than I can for a place like Premier Signing. I don't mean to take onyone's part but your statement about exposing criminals and not being afraid of lawsuits may lead to more issues than you would like to handle.

Re: He can sue me, bring it on!

I don't see anything posted that indicates someone is going to sue you - did I miss something? And why pray tell would you think he started this this web site to get back at you? Especially if you're not listed? Again am I missing something? Seems a little paranoid to me.

<<<He sent me a message that he would also remove me from his other 6 agencies databases.>>>

I suppose deadbeats believe the Notary will go into a deep depression over this.

Send the man flowers for removing you from the <probably fictitious> six agency database......OR use that flower money and celebrate over lunch that he removed you from his <probably fictitious> six agency databases. <smile!>
