Paid within 10 days......... My first signing with this Co. And to think I forgot to add my invoice with package, as per their request.......... I received an email stating we need to send your check.......
Faxed info & received check next day................. Was treated in a professional manner, it was great doing business with them............. Hope to do more...............

Scott: Interesting, for when I got the signing, I did check their rating on SC............. They were listed with favourable ratings........... Yet when I went back to add my also favourable rating....... Now not listed............... Anyway, BCHH, located in Pittsburgh....................

I think that is a peculiarity with NotRot. If you are signed in, you only see companies that do business in your state. If you are not logged in, you see all companies. So NotRot thinks BCHH does NOT do business in NJ. JMO.

Something I wish they would change... Harry??
I can't imagine trying to keep up with every company and what regions they cover, as that can change very frequently. How often have we seen comments on not being able to find a company. It should be a positive to be logged in, not a negative.
Maybe we could encourage Harry, etal to consider this?? Anyone else?

Thumbs DOWN !!!!!!!! To BCHH
I've had a bad experience with BCHH and have not been paid for over 3 months! I'm dealing with a guy named Danny Baczewski and am getting the run around. I asked why I have not been paid and he said because the loan is just closed! BCHH only pays after the loan closes? I won't do business with them again.
