Timios
Did a signing for Timios tonight and searched the instructions top to bottom. There are no instructions with regard to invoicing. Does anyone know if Timios requires an invoice?

No they don't but they do request a call or email when complete with tracking info. PS they are great to work with.

Go to the website and do the completion report.
That will be your invoice.

I tried that - it won't let me in. I chose the only location button there and it says I need to choose the correct location. I don't think it's set up properly.

Is it Westlake Village, CA? If so, the location is 08.

Yes, it's Westlake Village, but you have to cut out the first four numbers and the dash on the order number and don't enter the dash and letter at the end. I went CRAZY trying to close out my loans with them. I finally kept Jonathan on the phone with me and had him walk me through it. I told him it doesn't tell us ANYWHERE which tab to use, which location and certainly not to cut out some of the numbers and letters on the order number. I told him it was set up wrong and very irritating and he agreed.

They have a few screwed up affs in their packages too (timios affs). I pointed those out too. Some were missing our signature lines, some had the whole notary block at the bottom on page one and just a blank line for us to sign on page two. HOWEVER - they are a good company to work for. They pay well and quickly.
