Title Resource Group/ Convienent Settlement Services

I just did work for them 9/17 and got paid on 9/27. They paid $80 but I didn't have to print docs or fax back anything. I just got another call last night for the same deal. I love any company that pays that fast and keeps it simple. If my travel is just local, that's good enough pay, too.

I just did my first one for them recently. It was edocs and docs were late - I thought it was going to screw up my entire evening schedule (of course I would have put the late docs appointment to the back of the line if necessary, but my appointments were all in the same area and it would have made a late evening to have to come back and print the TRG docs and then drive back to the area I just came from). Then docs came in the nick of time. One thing that was nice was that the package was only 49 pages, and that includes the shipping label! It was a CitiMortgage.

I just did one for them last night - borrowers had docs and it was a local (8 miles) closing. The docs had stickies all over them showing them where to sign - it was GREAT!!! No faxbacks and it was an BoA loan (surprised me - no faxbacks). The only thing I had to print out was a new HUD because it changed (for the better) and it also showed my name and fee. No hand-holding - just do your job. And, they said they found me on NotRot!!!! NotRot rocks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Did you have to print out the Docs? That fee seems pretty low to me. That sounds like the Docs were over-nighted to the borrowers. If you're happy with that, it's great!

I do lots and lots of work for them 4 - 10 a week average, they always pay in less then ten days, no hand-holding, no work agreements, just get the job done. I love um.

she did say that she did not have to print

I also have done a few for them (although none recently--too bad). My experience had been smaller package, neatly labeled in a folder with all the stickies on them, payment in about a week. I would take all I can get from them.

I need to put my glasses on before reading. That she did, thanks Roadie!
