True Concept Title - Clearwater FL g/b/u

Have closing tomm w/this co. & have contacted them 2x via email about my inability to contact the borrower - phone never gets answered & either states mailbox full or incapable of taking mssgs, etc. I asked them last week if they had another contact # for borrower & have never heard anything back from them. Has anyone worked w/this co before? I am surprised at their total unresponsiveness.

Yes, I have worked with True Concept recently.....was paid on time and had a good experience with them. I am a little surprised at the lack of response. I can say that I tried reaching a well known t/c this morning and their voice mail said box was full. Perhaps end of month and they are jammed but keep trying.

I also had a good experience with this co.- paid fair and super fast. Most likely they are swamped.

Worked for them couple months ago. Paid within 2 weeks, easy to work with.
