Warning re printing labels

UPS rejected a package t'other day because part of it was cut off. FedEx is rumored to be doing the same.

Laser printers will not print to the edge of the paper. (And you're not using any printer other than a laser printer, right?r) Some of the label-generating (or scanning?) software puts the label image so close to the edges that you end up with "HIP TO" instead of "SHIP TO".

Due to the nerviousness over potential terror packages, expect to see more rejections.

Try the reduce-to-fit-printable-area setting. The label _will_ still scan correctly!

I always hand write also unless I am sent a label with docs.
