What IS the problem w/J Lowe Diversified?

3 stars...but comments seem to be equally divided between very good and very bad. Wondering if reality is if it's a no-sign or the deal is not approved, then the problem getting paid surfaces? Comments??

I don't know the answer to your question, but I'm learning to read the intructions about payment. Although I had to send closing confirmation to two email addresses, I was also required to send an invoice. They pay 30 days after receiving the invoice. After no pay for 45 days, I realized what I'd done and sent an invoice, so I'll be at 75 days before they are suppose to pay. Duh..........

That is correct the ones that state the did not get paid was due to poor work or loans not closings at all. As far as payment is concerned we pay on the 20th of the month for anything that you closer the prior month. ( IE, if you close a loan on the 1st of Nov or the 30th of Nov. the check will be cut on Dec 2oth.) Please when looking at this comment keep in mind we have been in business for 11 years and there is only 8 bad comments. That should tell you something after we have done thousands of closings. We can also give you plenty of closers to call that have been doing business with us for 5 years plus. Which is another reason we don't call on a lot of new closers. We try to build great teams to remove this issue of closers that do not do a good job or don't do thei job at all going on these sites stating bad things giving the rest of the closers not chance at working for some companies.
