inverter

i bought a 1000 watt pure sine wave inverter and i plugged my brother hl2170 in and the lights just kept blinking and when i shut the printer off and turned it on it blew a fuse i dont understand what is wrong. To run my printer it uses 460 watts. any suggestions now.

Terrie,

On November 11, I sent you a detailed PM in response to the PM you sent me. It detailed wire thickness and such. It doesn't sound like you read it.

You can't plug it into the cigarette lighter. It must be hardwired into your system using a heavy duty wire. Let me know if you got it. If not, I'll send it again.
