This should be interesting to watch how this pans out. Sooooo, technically if a foreclosure wasnt legit, then the buyer who bought the foreclosure didnt have a right to it to begin with??

Like I said, this should be very interesting.

The lawyers are going to have a field day with this. Can

you just imagine how many foreclosures weren't handled legally. I'm betting some people will get their homes back gratis. This will be interesting over the next few months.
