American Freedom Assurance

Well folks Mick lived up to his promise. I started getting nervous with the negative comments lately he had me send all my invoices to him and I've been paid in full.

They didn't pay me without a fuss. Took calling the lender to finally get paid.

Linda,
I understand your situation from April and it is unfortunate that the person in charge of AP did not handle this the way she should have, which is precisely why we moved in a different direction several months ago. I can appreciate that you are still upset about the situation, but understand that how you have been handling the situation and are continuing to conduct yourself is not reasonable nor indicative of how we are CURRENTLY doing business.

It appears that you still have to get some of this off your chest and I would be more than happy to give you my undivided attention on a personal level. Please email me at [e-mail address] and I will be sure to call you immediately so we can clear the air.

I would however appreciate it if you refrained from bad mouthing us about something that happened 7 months ago as we have worked very hard to turn around our public opinion and your comments give the impression that we are continuing to have issues when this is simply not the case.

I would ask that you think about the people at AFA that have been working their tails off every day to deliver a new industry standard in the Mortgage Business and how your negative comments undue all their hard work with a single swipe of the pen. We have a GREAT group of people at AFA, we have created a wonderful family here and though we know that we could have handled ourselves better in the past, we have done a great job at getting everything turned around to make and ideal working environment for everyone in daily contact with our AFA family.

Please, lets put this aside and look towards the future where we can all benefit from all the major changes we have made, the increase in national business we continue to be blessed to receive as well as the new closing product that many of you are starting to witness first hand.

We at AFA are truly changing the closing environment for the entire industry, single handedly with the help of all the seasoned closing professionals that have been so instrumental to our success. We really appreciate the relationships we have built as I hope, Linda, that you and I can also have moving forward. Please contact me, I would like for us to make amends.

Hello, Mike, you can be of assistance to me. I am trying to get paid from as far back as November and my e-mails to your company are being ignored. What is the best way to contact you?

Thanks!

After checking on late payment issues with the company I called back to decline the job. Odd statements about not allowing dogs or kids to come along with me and to send in a 3 bullet letter with the invoice to describe how the signing went. They will call the borrower and at great length find out how the notary did.

Donna, though I appreciate your feedback, I think there was a misunderstanding on what was trying to be conveyed to you. Also, the comment about us calling the borrower about your performance is completely inaccurate and untrue.

To clarify the misunderstanding...
We literally have had closers take animals with them to a closing,
we literally have had closers bring children with them to a closing,
we have had closers show up in jeans
we have had closers tell us that they didnt know that they were supposed to bring a copy package for the borrower...
we have had closers look at their phones during the loan closing.

The point of the odd statements is to reiterate somethings that I am sure you assume are normal behavioral patterns for a closing agent to ensure that we build relationships with qualified closing agents across the nation as we build this company.

As for the late payments from the past, you can look on here and see that those are a thing of the past, any resent comments have been rectified quickly once brought to my attention that it has fallen through the cracks.

if there are any issues please contact me at [e-mail address]

these are all things we want to avoid and we breifly discuss.
