Chase Title
Just want to take a moment to apoligize for the negative comments posted about Chase Title. It has been a rough year internally for our operation and we have had the unfortunate instance where internal employees were not able to keep up with the tasks at hand, including making sure our notaries were paid timely. We have been able to remove those individuals from the operation and we are making sure from here on out, that our notaries are paid on time!! Thank you, Chase Title

My hat's (both notary and SA) off to you. How refreshing. I agree with JAM, this shows class.

With all due respect, I appreciate your open apology but, as a former Office Manager/Bookkeeper, in office and as an IC, I take offence to the “blame the bookkeeper” part of your apology!
Believe me, if I had someone paying my bills and they did not do so in a timely manner, and I started to get calls, they would be fired! In EVERY instance of the accounts that I took care of, when the bills did not get paid, it was because the Owner/CFO either told me not to pay them, or they held the already printed checks in their desk drawer! Just admit you had financial difficulties and move on.
