Dynamic Group

Just got a call from Vicki from Dynamic Group offering $70 for a loan refi (130pgs) edocs to a location over 1 hour away. I told her to confirm the bo location first and call back. Thank goodness for Notary Rotary where I found this information they are bad payers. I told her after looking here I don't feel comfortable about taking this assignment unless payment up front was done and it would be costly. She agreed to send it to my paypal account. She explained they had problems in the past and that some of the notaries weren't doing their job with their stamps and printing docs and not showing up and they lost a big customer over it. Don't think I'll take the job despite her excuses. Any other notaries who've performed work for them since changing names?

Excuses, excuses. They are a slow payer/non-payer and they need to own it.

yeah Vicki offered to pay via Paypal if I took the job...told her to call around to see if anyone is closer as I am traveling and won't be able to do it till Friday anyhow. Would only take it if paid up front and would charge way more than $70!!!!!!

I don't see why they don't just offer $200, they aren't going to pay it anyway...

Re: Dynamic Group - this is good news!

It appears that sticking together and refusing to sign for deadbeat companies is paying off.

Re: Dynamic Group - this is good news!

I'm not certain you all realize that you are probably the LAST RESORT! Probably because all their regulars are too busy to take on anymore assignments. Guaranteed they don't have time to sit around and confabulate regurgitated & meaningless nonsense. I can certainly guarantee most of the regulars that all the signing companies use, make a decent living. Hmmm, you're all the same people sitting around "chatting". Do you all ever work??? Do you all take copious notes on "negativity". You all seem so impratical. It seems pointless to continue to sit here & try & diminish others, since your own performances are probably less than perfect. You all have a great night!!!

Please take a look at your overhead before you even get in your car. $70 should be insulting. Just remember, your trying to make a profit here!

I have been emailing for payment status on a closing for the past two weeks and have been unable to get a response. When I call, you have no option to talk to anyone live, only to leave a voicemail. Anyone have any suggestions on how to talk to someone there or get payment?

Rachel- leave them a message that you will be contacting the escrow company, to verify if the file did fund and record, and that you will tell them that you have been unsuccessful in reaching Dynamic group, so you will be asking the escrow company for their assistance in getting you in touch with Dynamic Group, since after all, it is the escrow company who hired them (to hire you).
This usually works, because the SS does not want the escrow company to know how flaky they are.

Three months and still no payment. I have sent 15 invoices by mail, called and left 4 messages, emailed, and faxed 3 invoices. I still have not one reply for my work.
