Email/faxing

I worked yesterday for a company named TitleLogic. Before I sent the pkg back, they wanted me to pull quite a few pages and either fax or email them back so they could approve them. It was about 30 pages. I don't have a regular fax I have efax, so weather I email them or fax them I have to scan them in. This entails, I think alot of extra work. Do any of you run into this and if you do, do you charge extra?

Hi Anita,

Yes I have ran into that before and fortunately not to often. However I have a combo Brother Multifunction unit and therefore the faxing does not cost me any extra like an efax.

I do have FaxMicro is now known as Fax.com. That I use for my incoming faxes and it costs me about $10.65 @ month.

Yes it is some extra time and if it gets to be a lot of pages I ask up front for another $5 - $15 depending on how many pages.

I have that listed in my profile.

I just try not to lose business because of being to picky however it never hurts to ask all they can say is NO. :-)

Good Luck
Ken

There a few companies that want fax-backs. It is customary

to charge an extra fee for that. I've stopped doing business with a couple of companies out there that want the faxbacks for free.
