Genuine Title
Can't believe what I was reading when I looked up Genuine Title. I turned them down twice in the past because I looked them up here. Then at the end of July when I was very busy and no time to check, they called and I took one. Ofcourse I still haven't been paid. I was looking at the post on this campany and ran across one in 3/30/09 in which Konstantin referred to notaries as a dime a dozen. I took this as very offensive. No wonder he doesn't pay us, he doesn't care, we're a Dime a Dozen. Then I ran across one from 5/6/09 where he says he pays and there are alot of notaries he does business with that post good comments. Well I havn't seen that many good comments and when I do, I wouldn't believe them. From now on I will take the time to check a company out before going.

I had such a horrible experience all the way around with them. Never again. They have called me 5 or 6 times in the last month. I just don't answer. No need to talk to them, no need to tell them why because they know why. They must have a hard time in my area because they call repeatedly when I don't answer. Remember, its ok to accept an assignment, then look them up, then decline it. Just don't wait till the last minute to do that, at least I don't.

Rachel, when a no-no company calls you, use your caller ID and code them in your phone as NO! followed by their name. This saves me from bothering to answer when Genuine or other no-no companies call.

You know the more dime a dozen notaries who say no to Genuine title the less $ Kosty can make!!! I too have a had two bad experiences, I give everyone two chances then they are out. Good idea on putting a code in your contacts for his number!!!

What is funny is that I work for an attorney who takes jobs from Kosty. The attorney ALWAYS gets paid and I do too - through him. AND I get paid better. When I worked directly for Genuine, they jerked me around. So, they fear lawyers. Notaries.....not so much.
