Pretty crazy season. I think it will continue to be this way through yearend with refis and REO purchases. People who can are doing these. Working 18 hr days.

BUT, I'm flying to Denver, CO tomorrow afternoon, driving to Vail, CO with my main squeeze and going ice skating for the first time in 20 years. Body is screaming at me for fresh air and exercise instead of running around in my car going from one signing to the next. My flight leaves CO on Sunday night at 9:30 back to SB. The longer I'm in this business, the more breaks (not bone breaks) I require. Nice to sleep in and have late brunch and just do nothing but skate!
