How do companies determine what notaries to call?
So I live in New Jersey and a good friend of mine and myself are both notaries. We both signed up with a lot of new companies this year, and some of the companies call him to do closings by my home, which is 25 miles from his, and call him to do closings by his as well. I called one of the companies to verify that they had my complete and correct information, and just asked why they called someone who is 25 miles away when they have my information and I live 5 minutes away.
Anyone have any ideas? We both signed up with the company at the same time, and never did any prior work for them. I'm just a bit confused by this. Please and thanks!

Re: I had a double post yeaterday and I know that I did NOT
Seems to be something new with this site. I find that many times when I try to refresh the page, I get a window with a message that says I need to resend - or something like that. I've only ever had a double post a few times, all recent, and all after trying to refresh the page. Sometimes I could close that window and refresh again without it showing up, but just now it didn't allow that. And refreshing the page is the only way (as far as I'm aware) to bring up new messages without logging off then on again.
I thought it was my computer, but I guess not. Very weird!

Just realized something else...
You could always post another message to refresh... but I'd hate to see what this board would look like if that were the only way!
Is anyone else finding this to be true?
