I am inundated with junk mail everywhere due to renewal
in January 2011.
For the past 3-5 months everyone and their uncle has been sending me renewal crap. As far as I know FL is up on top of their process so don't understand why this bum's rush. Why would I switch? And you know, the only company that hasn't filled any of my mailboxes with this junk is the one I'm using. Guess who will get my business (again)?
They are cheaper simply because they have the confidence to not waste their advertising dollars. Kudos, Budget Notary Services.

I don't use Budget because I think their name is tacky ... too tacky to have on the seal of a public official. I shouldn't judge, though - I'm bonded through "Florida Notary Discount Association Co.", but I will not bond through them with my next renewal. The best value is actually through RLI Insurance Co. - $89.50 includes bond, stamp, and $5,000 E&O.

That's what I did
...but the stamp they first gave me was very tacky... so tacky that it almost looked fake. Although I don't support the NNA, I did buy one of their stamps because they are much better quality.

funny, you don't support the NNA, but support the AAN?
what a hypocrite!
