Insured Closings

I am sick and tired of these companies that wont pay us. Let's all stick together and refuse to work for them...whish I had checked them out before I did the closing in July that I have not been paid for and they wont return my calls.

Harry, would you consider A, B, C categories, then F, skip D....or GOOD, BAD, UGLY lists?

Then we only have carry around a list of the GOOD ones and not be concerned with any others. Cut to the chase!

I am still waiting for payment for an August closings. I faxed a letter to the Title Company yesterday. If I don't hear from them by Friday, I'm contacting the lender - CitiMortgage. I keep a do not work for list posted above both my desk and my partners.
