L & L called me awhile ago and when I answered the phone, they said they misdialed. I guess they forgot they owe me money.

Signing Central won't allow double listings..
As far as I know, if there is a common telephone number, business address, e-mail or web address, Signing Central recognizes the duplicate post and refuses to add the second listing.

Re: Signing Central won't allow double listings..
It's unfortunate that NR doesn't change that. NR is doing a big disservice to notaries by not allowing double listings. This is one reason why bad companys are proliferating and won't go out of business. They know all they have to do is change their name and use an alias. They know SC won't list them twice and so they continue to scam notaries. It's almost as if NR wants to help the bad companys and not the notaries. Shame on NR.

Re: Signing Central won't allow double listings..
I'm sure Notary Rotary has some other reason for not allowing duplicate listings. Harry and co. have gone to great lengths to try to improve things for us. I hope you were just joking about saying "Shame on NR"!
Several people here have brought up a valid reason for him to reconsider the policy of not allowing duplicate listings, but to accuse him of WANTING to help the bad companies?? Sorry, I think that is seriously unfair - and unhelpful. I think you could have added your voice to those who would like to see a change without biting the hand that feeds you here...

Thank you SO MUCH Janet. We really appreciate your response and understanding. Sometimes people try to add companies mutiple times daily, if it gives you a notice of duplication there is a good reason typically and we are all notified of each attempt. It only adds to more confusion and work when repeat attempts are done, along with calls and e-mails... taking more of our time usually. Obviously we created Signing Central to HELP Notaries. Cheers!
