Lunch in SB with Baltimore NSA

It was great to meet Ilene Seidel in Santa Barbara today for lunch near the courthouse. It was brief but informative as we shared marketing ideas and how we do business basically the same all over the US. In Maryland, NSAs must be Licensed as Title Producers and carry much more bond than we are required to have in CA. It's great linking up with like minds. I was between a closing and auctioning off properties at the courthouse at 1pm, but we had a very nice visit.

Nice to put a face to a voice or email.
