Has anyone had any experience with National Link's policy regarding payment for a cancellation at the signing table?

I am finding out now (after the fact) that is you have a cancellation you must determine your cancel fee with the closing coordinator.

Pat, I am really surprised by this. I have worked with them for years. They are an arm of Service Link. I have never had problems with a cancellation fee. Usually, I have gotten anywhere from a complete fee to at least 50%. Good luck.

I have also been able to get anywhere from 50% to full fee for adjournments.
