National Loan Closers

Just wondering if anyone who does not pay to be on their site receives work through this "database." I am constantly receiving emails re: closings in my area. I used to go on right away & reply w/my availability but never seemed to get any inquiries back. Wondering if it is because I do not pay to be on the site or maybe the co.'s they use are just using their regulars (which is fine) but I really don't want to waste my time going onto the website numerous times throughout the day. TIA

Actually they phoned me yesterday for a last minute signing and I did not pay them anything to be in their database. I guess if they need you, they will use you whether you paid to be considered or not.

Exactly, Nancy. I've worked once for one of their partner firms and I've never paid to be on their database.

If you pay the $24.99, can you negotiate, or is it a take or leave type deal? It seems when they call, it's always negotiable.

I think they let you take 3 signings for free & then you have to join.
