Thought I'd give ya a good chuckle this morning...got a call for a refi about 45 minutes away with edocs for a closing at 4pm....offering $40 with $20 for mileage...baahhaaa.

Second person just called offering same job but said because it was edocs they would pay higher. I said how much, she said what will you do it for?...I said how much are you offering, again I said how much are you offering? She said she would call to see if there was a closer notary...lol

it is a total joke....again, someone must be taking them cause they are still in business...they probably get anywhere bet 100 to 200 or more for this, and a signing w edocs, 60-80 bucks, what a f'ing joke....
