Need UPS help

Technology hates me today, and I'm getting the voice mail loop of doom from both my SS and UPS. I'm all out of the pre-printed waybills for UPS that you just write on, but when I go online to create a "bill recipient" shipment on UPS I'm getting errors that I've entered the UPS account incorrectly. I'm using the account they gave me (Letter E followed by five digits) UPS is telling me that their account numbers are always six numbers long (mine isn't).

I'm stumped. Can anyone help me out with this? I haven't been able to reach the SS or UPS all morning. :ugh!:

Thanks in advance!

I’d call Title.

The SS was also the Title Co. I was finally able to get somebody via email, who just gave me a Fedex account number. Smile Thanks!

Agree with Les

Since it's only 8:15 there you have plenty of time to get the info from them.

You could always look at past files where you were provided account numbers but you risk running to them having changed accounts since you last returned anything to them. Safer to just call.

Normal UPS acc't numbers will be 6 digets, both numbers and letters. Beaware UPS does have other config of account numbers for some special shipping situations.
