I just got 2 cases of letter size paper for $27 from Aladdin at officedepot with free shipping. You can buy 1 case for $13 but it's cheap so I got 2. You can email him what you need and he'll give you a call. [e-mail address] I'm also a member with EC purchasing so I don't know if that's why it was so cheap.

It was like 47 a case I can get half cases cheaper at Sams Club

Costco is $39 and some cents a box for legal paper.

I received a case of this paper from Busienss Supply last month. The box was in pretty sad shape and every pack of paper had come open in several places. Was not happy with the delivery condition and notified them.

I too received legal paper last month and most of the paper was torn open. The box was ripped.
I also complained about the condition they were delivered in. Spoke with a customer service rep and she apologized. They were willing to send me out a couple of extra reams of paper. I declined however now that I'm thinking about it, I should have accepted.
